Buns of Steel 2000 Platinum Series Volume 1

Best and Most Effective Workouts Ever Created!
Buns of Steel 2000 Platinum Series Volume 1
I had these on VHS back in college some 20 years ago. They got me in the best shape of my life. My body never looked better and I didn't really change my diet all that much either. Years later, I had an office job and had packed on some pounds due to bad lifestyle and eating habits. I no longer had the VHS tapes because I had sold them. I found the old VHS on Amazon and once again they got my body in shape. I am THRILLED these workouts are now on DVD because those VHS tapes will not last as much as I play them. I will never sell these workouts again because they are the only workout series that have worked consistently. Now I need Buns of Steel 2000 Platinum Series Volume 2!

There are three workouts on this DVD: Buns of Steel Step 2000 Platinum Series, Thighs of Steel 2000 Platinum Series and Abs of Steel 2000 Platinum Series. Each workout consists of...

So happy this is "FINALLY" on dvd
I had this tape on VHS, along with some of the other Tamilee Webb exercise tapes. In my opinion the Platinum series is by far her best work . This is primarily because of the background music. The upbeat tempo makes the routines more like dancing than exercising. If you're consistent with the workout, you will definitely feel and see the results. When I started this tape I was about 40 and my daughter was 20. We took some mother/daugther pictures with matching outfits. As we were posing, I was very unafraid to strut my abs of steel, my daughter not so much -- she is/was very shy. After a few shots, the photographer ask if we were twins. She said "mom does he think I look old" and say no, he thinks your mom looks young. Part of it is just youthful gene, but the other part, I definitely had to give credit to the Buns and Abs of Steel tapes. I worked out religiously and it paid off. Looking at this old photo, in our sizling red outfits is definitely a motivator.

The best work out ever
I had this work out on VHS about 20 years ago. if you want to get slim and trim this will do it. I was glad to see it on DVD .
