Eating Like A Nutritarian

The way we eat.
The information you get from this DVD and all the other DR Fuhrman books is astounding and shocking. I bought 1 book because I saw a program on the Television and after reading that it was like discovering the real truth about eating. Then my Wife read it which lead us to get his other books. It is amazing how we grow up eating and thinking that was the normal way to eat. The way everything is explained made me realize that we should have been raised with this kind of knowledge because its so very true and simple. DR Fuhrman does not push any views on you, he just offers true knowledge of ways to eat and heal many ailments from eating the right foods. I really enjoyed all of the books and Great Recipes with my Wife and we both found that we look and feel better. You can eat Meat and Seafood if you want to which is something my Wife and I still do. This is not another Diet gimmick. In fact its not even a Diet! Its pure common sense!

A must for every home
This video is a great resource for anyone interested in their health. The details Dr. Furhman presented in how to get the most nutritional benefit from the foods we eat was nothing short of amazing, much of which was new to me even though I have read a lot on this subject and am an avid viewer and admirer of people and programs like Dr. Oz. Dr. Furhman's excitement on this topic is so infectious that by the end of the video you will want to go to the market and purchase some of those fruits and vegetables you've never tried before.

Given the health challenges we face in this country and the fact that children are the most impressionable members of society I wish there were some way to make information like this mandatorty before graduation from high school and college.

Most Of It Is Common Sense
I do like this DVD, don't misunderstand.
If you have already read any of his other material than this is more of the same. I was hoping for something more in depth or different than his ETL book.

I did appreciate his food demonstations for the most part--again it was pretty simple and things the average American already knows. A few foods, like the Artichoke, I would not have thought to even try. It was helpful to see how he prepared it.

Over all, this is a great starter DVD but can be skipped if you have already read his ETL book.
